幕墙防火保温岩棉板 / Curtain wall fire insulation rock wool board

幕墙防火岩棉是专为幕墙系统设计的，具有更高耐火温度、更高熔点和更小的高温线收缩等特点，同时具有良好的憎水、防 潮性能，吸湿和吸水率低，不会对金属产生腐蚀作用。根据使用部位和应用目的的不同，幕墙防火岩棉有两种不同的系统， 一个是 用于幕墙与楼板或隔墙之间缝隙的防火和烟火阻隔，以及其他各种建筑缝隙包括各种穿墙板的管道周围缝隙等防火封堵用岩棉，另 一个是用于幕墙系统中上下层窗间墙防火分隔用岩棉，为了增强岩棉的烟气阻隔能力。 一般在岩棉的上下表面贴防火铝箔；根据客 户要求表面可贴铝箔或玻纤毡或玻纤布等不同饰面材料。除了优异的防火隔烟功能以外，两系列的产品都具有较好的吸音和保温功 能，防火性能达到不燃性A1级。
Curtain wall fireproof rock wool is specially designed for curtain wall system.It has the characteristics of higher refractory temperature,higher melting point and smaller high temperature linear shrinkage.At the same time,it has good hydrophobicity,moisture-proof performance,low moisture absorption and water absorption,and will not produce corrosion to metal.There are two different systems for curtain wall fireproof rock wool,one for fire and pyrotechnic barrier between curtain wall and floor slab or partition wall,and the other for fireproof plugging of various building crevices,including the crevices around the pipes through the wall slab,and the other for curtain wall system.Rock wool is used for fireproof separation between the upper and lower windows,so as to enhance the smoke barrier ability of rock wool.Fireproof aluminum foil is usually pasted on the upper and lower surfaces of rock wool,and different decorative materials such as aluminum foil,glass felt or glass fiber cloth can be pasted on the surface according to customer requirements.In addition to excellent fire and smoke-proof functions,the two series of products have better sound absorption and thermal insulation functions,fire-proof performance to achieve non-combustible A1.
